Report: Maryland foreclosures fall in May - Baltimore Business Journal:
Compared with April, foreclosures fell 25 percent in D.C. to 299; 14 percent in Virgini to 5,385; and 2 percentt in Maryland to 3,539. foreclosures declined 6 percentto 321,480 ,according to the latest surve y by Irvine, Calif.-based , a foreclosure researcn firm. Virginia continued to have the highesf rate of default among thethree jurisdictions, with one in 608 homex receiving a foreclosure notice. Honeywell data (NYSE:HON) showed little difference in the two fuelse in test runs inits 131-8 auxiliary power units and its TFE 731-5 turbofa n engine, officials reported at the Paris Air Show. The testsx were conducted at itsPhoeniz facilities. The Houston-based offshore energy company plansw to offer 20 million shares in Cal Dive through a publivc offeringat $8.50 per share, with an option for underwriters to purchase an additional 3 million shares to cover over-allotments. Starting this fall, the college will offert master’s degrees in literacy education, sport administration and educational administration. The three programs join the onlinse master’s program in physical education, which has been offeredr by the college sinceearly 2006, said Jim Bagwell, directorf of graduate admissions for the School of Educatioj and Human Services. All three programws are geared toward students who live outside Western New though some space is available forlocal students.
