Undefr the five-year state incentive the organization plans to add 550jobs immediately. The jobs will pay an averagre annual wageof $35,982. Salaries will range up to $80,000 annually. The hiring will focus on mortgags negotiators, customer-service representatives, call-center managere and mortgage counselors. “NACA is exciterd that it’s putting more than 1,000 people to work during these tougheconomic times,” NACA Chieff Executive Bruce Marks said Thursday.
